Rabbit in cream sauce

Ingredients

1.2 kg rabbit meat

100 ml sunflower oil

30 g Wheat flour

400 ml water

To taste Chopped parsley leaves 8 g Vegeta Natural Garlic Pasta

200 ml cooking cream

To taste salt and pepper

To taste Ground black pepper Optional Fine ground Vegeta

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg

Cut the whole rabbit into pieces and season with salt, pepper, and finely ground Vegeta. Coat the pieces of meat in flour and fry them on all sides. Drain the excess fat from frying,
add water and add garlic paste and rosemary, then simmer the meat for about 20 minutes.

Then add a little more water, add the roasting sauce that you mixed in warm water, and cook everything together until the sauce becomes thick and creamy, and the meat is tender.

Finally, add the cooking cream and briefly bring to a boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Serve with green gnocchi or pasta of your choice.
