Medallions with beer and rosemary sauce

Ingredients

800 g pork tenderloin

50 g Wheat flour

100 g Podravka Hamburger

50 ml oil

100 ml light beer

300 ml water

According to the taste of Vegeta Maestro Crushed Rosemary

On request Chopped parsley leaf On request Fine ground Vegeta

To taste salt and pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1 kg

Cut the pork tenderloin into medallions, season with salt, pepper, and finely ground Vegeta.

Coat the medallions in flour and fry on both sides until golden yellow. Then add the sliced bacon, pour in the beer, add the gravy mixed with 300 ml of warm water, parsley, and rosemary, and briefly bring everything to a boil.

For the base, prepare cheese croquettes. Mix the potato dough mixture with water, fresh cheese, garlic, and spices. Shape and fry in deep fat.

Tip

You can prepare this dish in the same way with pork, veal, or turkey and chicken fillet medallions.

Serving

You can serve pasta, gnocchi, potatoes, or rice as a side dish.
