Biscuit mixture
300 g Muffins50 ml olive oil
125 ml water
45 g egg
10 g Lemon sugarFilling
100 g Strawberry jamGlaze
50 g powdered sugar
25 ml lemon juice
Preparation steps
Weight for 8 portions – 500 g
Biscuit
Mix all the ingredients together with an electric mixer, pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 170 °C.
Filling
Fill the cooled cake with strawberry jam.
Glaze
Mix the sugar and lemon juice into a smooth mixture. Glaze the cooled cake and decorate.
Tip
You can decorate the cake with dehydrated flowers.
