Heart doughnut

Ingredients

Dough

1000 g Krofmix 25 g Instant dry yeast

40 ml oil

30 ml rum

400 ml water

Weight for 20 portions – 2.100 g

Dough

Mix all the ingredients for the dough with a spiral mixer for 10 minutes.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough and roll it into pieces of 75 grams. Shape them into balls by hand and place them on a floured cloth. Cover and let them rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.

Heat the oil to 160 °C. Fry the donuts for 4 minutes on each side.

Punilo

Fill the baked donuts with Lino Lada Gold creamy spread.

Amount of filling per donut: about 30 g.

Tip

First, place the top side of the doughnut in the oil.

Serving

Dust the donuts with powdered sugar 10 minutes after baking, when they have slightly cooled.
