Greek tortellini salad

Ingredients

Salad

350 g tortellini with spinach

200 g cherry tomatoes

200 g fresh cucumbers

120 g purple onion

80 g black olives

250 g vege feta sir

Sauce

100 ml olive oil

40 ml wine vinegar

20 g Vegeta natural pasta leek

Sea salt to taste

On request Dried oregano To taste Ground black pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 800 g

Cook the tortellini, drain them, and transfer to a serving dish.

Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion; cube the feta cheese; and halve the olives.

For the dressing, add wine vinegar and onion paste to the olive oil and mix until you achieve a uniform dressing.

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano, pour over the prepared dressing, and gently mix everything together.

Tip

Suitable for vegans.
