Goulash with potatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients

400 g Sliced mushrooms

500 g potato

80 g Podravka Sweet Corn

80 g Fant mixture for goulash and paprika stew 1 g Ground hot pepper Optional Chopped parsley leaves

100 ml white wine

5 g sol

1.2 l water

50 ml olive oil

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 2 l

Sauté the mushrooms in heated oil for a few minutes, then add the diced potatoes. Stir everything together for a minute.

Then pour in the water in which you previously mixed the goulash and paprika mixture along with the hot pepper, and cook on low heat until the potatoes soften a bit.

Add wine and parsley and continue cooking until the potatoes are done. Add more salt if needed and serve.

Tip

If desired, you can add bacon cubes or sausage slices.
