Beat the butter, sugar, and orange sugar until fluffy with a mixer, then add the eggs. Next, add the dry ingredients and mix everything together until you get a smooth and silky dough.
Using a spoon, shape the mixture, arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and chill in the refrigerator.
Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes at 17 °C.
