50 ml olive oil
60 g plant cream
50 g Mild Ajvar 10 g Vegeta Natur pasta leek 8 g Vegeta Natur garlic pastaTo taste salt and pepper
1 bread baguette
Preparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 400 g
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, cream, ajvar, onion and garlic paste, black pepper, and salt to taste.
Chop everything together to get a thick, homogeneous mixture (spread).
Place the prepared dip in a smaller container, cover it with foil, and keep it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Serve in a bowl or shape into balls to serve on leaves of green salad.
Tip
You can serve the spread as a cold little snack.
Serving
Spread the spread on each slice of bread, and garnish with pieces of fresh pepper and/or sprouts.
