Carrot and apple cake

Ingredients

Biscuit

300 g Wheat flour 15 g Baking soda

100 ml sunflower oil

250 ml water

10 g Vanilla sugar

250 g sugar

350 g carrot (grated)

Filling

600 g Apple filling

800 ml water

74 g Vanilla pudding 300 ml Whipped cream 5+

Prepare the biscuit by adding water and grated carrot to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.

In a pot, heat the apple filling mixed with 500 ml of water until it boils, and in the remaining water, dissolve the vanilla pudding. Then pour the pudding into the pot, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens. Pour the resulting cream over the prepared sponge cake, smooth it out, and let it cool.

In the cooled cream, add whipped cream and serve

Tip

You can decorate the cake with fresh apples.
Recommendation for vegans.
