720 g beef sirloin
140 g Podravka Ham in a Wrapper
100 g Cucumbers 20 g Wheat flour100 g carrot
40 g Fantastic hunting sauce300 ml water
50 ml sunflower oil
50 ml red wine
On request Chopped parsley leafBy taste, salt and pepper
To taste Fine ground VegetaPreparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 1 kg
Season with salt, pepper, and finely ground Vegeta.
Cut the carrot into sticks and briefly blanch. Also cut the ham and cucumbers into sticks. Place ham, carrot, and cucumbers on each slice and roll them up.
Skewer 4 rolls onto skewers or secure each one individually with toothpicks.
Dust the rolls with flour, fry in fat, add water and add the hunter’s sauce, then stir until it comes to a boil. Add red wine and cook everything together for about 10 minutes.
Tip
You can prepare this dish in the same way with pork, veal, or turkey and chicken fillets.

Serve with pasta, rice, gnocchi, or croquettes.
