Powdered mix for preparing vanilla-flavored cream
Preparation instructions: Add the powder to cold milk and mix at the highest speed for about 5 minutes. After that, add the margarine you previously prepared and mix at medium speed for another minute.
Use the cream immediately for filling and decorating the cake and leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
A lighter type of cream can be prepared in the same way without the addition of margarine.
You can prepare the cream in the same way with the addition of cocoa powder, instant coffee, ground walnuts, hazelnuts, and similar ingredients.
