Lightly seasoned, it is enriched with the addition of tomato and soy sauce that round off and enhance the overall flavor of the dish.
Due to the slow cooking at low temperature, the meat is very tender and easily separates.

Preparation instructions: Place the unopened bag in a convection oven at 100 °C (with steam) and heat for 30 minutes. After heating, open and serve.
