It is also used as a topping for roasted vegetables, a base for thick soups, or a foundation for light foamy creams and modern gastronomic creations like espumas

 

Preparation instructions: for the desired number of servings, weigh the appropriate amount of soup concentrate, place it in the corresponding volume of lukewarm water, and whisk until the soup boils. Cook on low heat for 7 minutes while continuously stirring.

Finally, you can add 1 tablespoon of sour cream per 1 liter of soup.
