By adding a small amount of horseradish or mustard, you will get a delicious sauce that you can pour over cooked meat; by adding grated hard and semi-hard cheeses, a sauce that you can pour over cooked vegetables, poultry, and fish; and by adding cream and spices, a sauce for pasta and rice.

 

Preparation instructions: for the desired amount of sauce, weigh a certain quantity of concentrate, add the appropriate volume of lukewarm water, stir, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
