Ivica is a Podravka employee who has been connected to baking since the beginning of his career. After gaining experience in production, Ivica became part of the promotional team. In addition to promoting baked goods, he also prepares other dishes with his colleagues.

He loves to prepare dishes outdoors: barbecue, stew, peka, spit-roasting, and cauldron dishes, and he combines these with dishes made from leavened dough. He believes that hard work and continuous education are the keys to success.
