The practical demonstrations and tasting of Pulled Pork will be led by Podravka’s chefs Mišel Tokić and Ivan Bob andnac.
Through this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn modern techniques for preparing pulled pork, try new combinations of spices and sauces, and discover how Pulled Pork can enhance menus in various types of hospitality establishments.
