Branko has been part of Podravka’s team since his first working day, and he has gone through various positions within hospitality and culinary arts. He considers cooking a calling and loves to share his knowledge with younger colleagues.
He prefers traditional, continental dishes, especially from the Podravina region, prepared in a modern way while respecting each ingredient. He believes that cooking is a matter of momentary inspiration and that the most important thing is emotion.
