The end of summer 2026 smells like Pancake Fest

This year, the courtyard of Zagreb’s Rougemarin Park is the venue for a festival celebrating sweet and savory, but universally loved, pancakes.

Pancake Fest is one of the most visited festivals in Zagreb, traditionally marking the end of summer. Pancake Fest 2026 brings over 50 flavors, at seven stalls located at Folnegovićeva 10. Among the seven stalls, three are signed by Podravka and Belje.

French pancakes – crepes – Lino Lada 

Thin pancakes, crepes, are a favorite among lovers of the classic. At the Lino Lada stall, they are paired with various creamy spreads – Milk, Gold, Gold Creamy, Coconut, and the classic Duo. There are also combinations with crispy Lino Pillows and forest fruits. 

Kajzeršmarn – Podravka 

The royal crumble served with powdered sugar and various types of fruit spreads is a well-known delicacy in these areas. At the Podravka stall, fruity flavors such as strawberry, apricot, rose hip, forest fruits, and plum are offered, along with a combination of cherry, strawberry, and blackberry. You can also add a scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce to your selected kajzeršmarn. This stall also features the well-known classic, grandma’s pancake with plum jam. 

Pancake Cake – Belje – ABC 

If you haven’t tried pancake cake yet, now is the perfect opportunity. Layers of thin pancakes and ABC cheese cream transform into a cheesecake variant that comes in several flavors. Try chocolate, forest fruits, pistachio, and vanilla with pieces of Oreo cookies. 

Invitation to the End

On weekdays from 5 PM, and on weekends from 10 AM, the aroma of irresistible pancakes spreads through Rougemarin Park until late evening hours. You can try the pancakes until September 20, 2026. See you there!
