Ingredients
300 g young nettle
10 g Vegeta Natur garlic pasta50 ml sunflower oil
70 g Wheat flour100 ml cooking cream
10 g Vegeta NaturTo taste salt and pepper
2 pcs slice of bread (thin)
100 ml cooking cream

Weight for 4 portions – 1.2 l
Cut the leaves and tops of the nettles and wash them in salted water. Salt the boiling water, add the nettles, and cook for a few minutes. Remove the nettles, drain them, and blend with an immersion blender until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Fry the flour until light yellow. Add 1 liter of cold water and then add the nettle and garlic paste. Season to taste with Vegeta Natur, salt, and pepper.
Cook while constantly stirring for about 10 minutes. Add the cooking cream, bring to a brief boil again, and serve with fried bread cubes.
Tip
Instead of nettles, you can prepare the soup with Swiss chard or spinach.
Serving
Garnish the serving with cream and freshly ground pepper.
