Cream soup of horseradish with pumpkin chips

Ingredients

100 g Horseradish 100 g Wheat flour

1.2 l water

50 ml sunflower oil

100 ml cooking cream

10 g Vegeta Natur

To taste salt and white pepper

100 g butternut squash

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.2 l

In the fat, prepare a light roux, add horseradish, stir, and pour in cold water. Season with salt, pepper, and Vegeta Natur.

Cook while constantly stirring until the soup comes to a boil. Finally, add the cooking cream and serve with pumpkin chips.

Pumpkin chips

Slice the peeled pumpkin into thin slices and bake in the oven.

Tip

Instead of pumpkin chips, you can use Kviky snacks.
