Ingredients
30 ml sunflower oil
50 g Wheat flour 8 g Vegeta Natur pasta leek 5 g Vegeta Natur garlic pasta 3 g Sweet paprika groundSalt and pepper to taste
20 g Kviki salty snackSour cream and pumpkin oil for decoration, if desired.
Preparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 1 l
Pour the beans with the liquid into a cooking pot. Set aside 100 g of beans for soup decoration, then blend the remaining beans with the liquid using an immersion blender, add 400 ml of water, and cook on low heat.
From flour and oil, make a light roux, add ground red pepper and stir it into the soup. Then add the onion and garlic paste along with the seasonings salt, pepper, and Vegeta.
Finally, add the whole beans and briefly boil.
Tip
You can also prepare fried bread cubes as an addition to the soup.
Serving
For decoration, add Kviky snacks and drizzle with sour cream and/or pumpkin oil.
