With three decades of experience at Podravka, Zlatko conducts culinary presentations and training every day. He considers education important, as well as learning from the beginning: it is essential to grasp the basics that are later built upon, whether through personal experience, learning from others’ experiences, or pushing the boundaries of one’s own imagination.

He believes it is important to set a goal and have a mission and vision that serve as a guiding thread towards the realization of that goal.
