Rich in vegetables, herbs, and legumes, minestrone perfectly complements dishes with pasta, risotto, or vegetables, and can be used as a basic base for preparing rich vegetarian stews.
Preparation instructions: for the desired number of servings, weigh a certain amount of soup concentrate and pasta, place in the appropriate volume of lukewarm water, and stir until the soup boils. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
