Preparation instructions: pour a certain amount of cold milk into a bowl, add the cream powder, and mix with an electric mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes.

 

The prepared cream can be used for spreading and filling: sponge cakes, fruit cakes, roulades, and pastry dough.

You can optionally add whipped cream or butter to the cream.
